Tafelmeyer Chiropractic, PLLC

Jennifer Tafelmeyer, DC is a native of Minnesota. She earned her undergraduate degree (B.S. Biological Sciences) at North Dakota State University (NDSU) in 2007. She graduated from University of Western States in 2010, with her Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree, as well as a B.S. in Human Biology. She and her husband moved to Boise, ID, shortly after graduation. Dr. Tafelmeyer practiced in Boise, ID, for approximately four years. She opened her family chiropractic practice in Helena in August 2014. Her husband, Lewis, works with the Helena Hotshots (U.S. Forest Service), and has worked fighting wild fires for over a decade. They have two daughters, Hazel and Cora. When they're not working, you'll find them adventuring in the backwoods of Montana!  They are extremely happy to call Helena home; a perfect place to raise their family.

Her family chiropractic practice style involves mostly diversified, hands-on adjusting techniques, along with gentler techniques such as drop table, instrument-assisted, and low force manual adjusting; each patient will get what they need! She also utilizes heat therapy and soft tissue work. The goal with every patient is to figure out what works best for them and adapt Dr. Tafelmeyer’s skills accordingly.
